ÖNAP Project
The ÖNAP project titled "Investigation of the Effects of Microplastic Pollution in the Istanbul Strait on Fish Microbiomes Using Integrated Multi-Omic Analyses", led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Muzaffer ARIKAN from the Department of Biology, Division of Biotechnology, has been awarded funding. The project team includes Prof. Dr. Mahmut ÇALIŞKAN, Research Assistants Nalan TAVŞANLI and Ahmet Arıhan ERÖZDEN from the Division of Biotechnology, along with Prof. Dr. Ayşegül MÜLAYİM and Asst. Prof. Dr. Senem ÇAĞLAR from Division of Biotechnology.
The project aims to investigate the effects of microplastic pollution in the Istanbul Strait on fish microbiomes.
